1 teaspoon = 350 ml

Serving Instructions:

Brew

• Add 1 teaspoon with milk and bring to boil.
• Add honey as required

Microwave

• Add milk to your mug and microwave
• Remove and add 1 teaspoon mixture with desired amount of honey

As a Cold Drink

• Add 3/4 teaspoon to orange juice and stir well
• Add 1 teaspoon to a smoothie, blend.
