Healthy Green Tea is made with Chinese Green tea leaves, naturally dried lemon pieces and mint.

1 teaspoon = 1 serving
- Using an infuser pot, add 85 degree water to the pot. The water must not be boiling for green tea.
- Add 2 teaspoons(makes 4) of tea leaves to the infuser
- Place infuser in the boiling water and let it steep for 3 minutes.
- You can reuse the same mixture by pouring more boiling water over the infuser in the tea teapot
- Add 85 degree water to a mug
- Fill a tea ball and place it in the water
- Let it steep for 3 minutes and remove the teaball ( this tea ball mixture can be used for another mug)
- Sweetener can be added.
