Black Loose tea leaves with a variety of whole spices like stick cinnamon, aniseed, all spice and fresh ginger.

80g makes 20 servings. 1 tablespoon = 1 serving

Serving Instructions:

Brew

  • Add desired amount of tea to a stove top kettle with water and let it boil
  • Once it starts to boil add milk till it forms a foamy creamy layer on the top
  • Strain into mug / cup
  • Sweetener of choice can be added.
  • For extra richness condensed milk can be added before straining.

Infuser

  • Using an infuser pot, add boiling water to the pot
  • Add 2 tablespoon(makes 4) of tea leaves to the infuser
  • Place infuser in the boiling water and let it steep until your desired strength
  • Milk and sweetener of choice can be added

Tea Ball

  • Add boiling water to a mug
  • Fill a tea ball and place it in the boiling water
  • Let it steep until your desired strength and remove the tea ball ( this tea ball mixture can be used for another mug)
  • Milk and sweetener of choice can be added

    This masala chai is my favourite in the loose leaf tea thus far. I can’t get enough of the taste.
